In the project “Prevention and Safe Reintegration: Holistic approach and resilience to violent extremism”, through GCERF funding R&R processes and service provision for returnees through case management approach and scale up the good practice established within the country is a strong component of the intervention, reinforcing R&R interventions and processes which still require more time to ensure both full individual reintegration and the development of necessary community and professional awareness.
The purpose of this position is to provide psychological support, counseling, and psychotherapeutic interventions for returnees from Syria and at-risk individuals towards violent extremism and radicalization within "Të Qëndrojmë së Bashku" Community Center. The psychologist will play a crucial role in fostering the mental health and wellbeing of individuals affected by violent extremism and radicalization, ensuring their successful reintegration, and contributing to community cohesion and resilience.
