In the project “Prevention and Safe Reintegration: Holistic approach and resilience to violent extremism”, through GCERF funding R&R processes and service provision for returnees through case management approach and scale up the good practice established within the country is a strong component of the intervention, reinforcing R&R interventions and processes which still require more time to ensure both full individual reintegration and the development of necessary community and professional awareness.
The purpose of this position is to support the reintegration, prevention, and emergency services for returnees from Syria and at-risk individuals, as a team member of the Community Center "Të Qëndrojmë së Bashku". The social worker will directly responsible for the delivery of services in the community center that contribute to the case management process of the returnees as per their Individual Plan of Action, and the designed programs dedicated to the returnees in the center.
