"I worked for several NGOs and public institution in Albania since 2003, until I joined Terre des hommes Albania in July 2016. I have been working as a project coordinator at Migration and Anti-traffic program, and most recently as Program Manager on Child Protection and National Focal Point for Safeguarding Policies. Besides my master’s degree in social work, I have persuaded my knowledge and specialization in child protection system. Working for Terre des hommes have given me the opportunity to feel energized, connected and hopefully in bringing positive and sustainable changes for the children. "I graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology. Additionally, I continued my Professional Master's Studies in Psychological Counseling. For 15 years, I worked as a psychologist with young people addicted to drugs and alcohol, mostly in public social - care institutions. I was also the Head of the Emergency Center for the first returnees from war zones. Since 2021, I have been working as a mental health specialist at the Juvenile Justice Program for Terre des hommes, and I am responsible for interviewing, assessing and giving psychological support for cases returned from Syria, Iraq, and mentoring frontline Child Protection's workers. My motto in life: 'Never give up! Usually, the last key opens the door'."

"I graduated in Law, at the University of Tirana. I am a licensed lawyer since 2017. For more than 8 years I have worked in civil society as a lawyer, project coordinator, monitoring of penitentiary institutions, trainer in various projects financed by international organizations.
