"I worked for several NGOs and public institution in Albania since 2003, until I joined Terre des hommes Albania in July 2016. I have been working as a project coordinator at Migration and Anti-traffic program, and most recently as Program Manager on Child Protection and National Focal Point for Safeguarding Policies. Besides my master’s degree in social work, I have persuaded my knowledge and specialization in child protection system. My education background includes a bachelor’s degree in Social Worker, MA in Management and Administration and different training, on modeling of community-based services, case management, child protection system, community empowering and youth mobilization, early childhood, positive discipline, ect. "I graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology. Additionally, I continued my Professional Master's Studies in Psychological Counseling. For 15 years, I worked as a psychologist with young people addicted to drugs and alcohol, mostly in public social - care institutions. I was also the Head of the Emergency Center for the first returnees from war zones. Since 2021, I have been working as a mental health specialist at the Juvenile Justice Program for Terre des hommes, and I am responsible for interviewing, assessing and giving psychological support for cases returned from Syria, Iraq, and mentoring frontline Child Protection's workers. My motto in life: 'Never give up! Usually, the last key opens the door'."
"Since I finished my studies, I have worked with children and youth in need, which equipped me with a rich experience, especially related to social services for migrants, child protection services, educational services, mental health ones as well as youth and child empowerment interventions and volunteering programs. "I graduated in Law, at the University of Tirana. I am a licensed lawyer since 2017. For more than 8 years I have worked in civil society as a lawyer, project coordinator, monitoring of penitentiary institutions, trainer in various projects financed by international organizations. My experience during these years has been oriented towards the protection of the rights of marginalized categories, especially minors, women/girls, minorities etc. Since March 2023, I've joined Terre Des Hommes team as a capacity building specialist in the Access to Justice Program."
I graduated as social worker at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Social Work. I have 13 years of experience as a social worker, case manager, and project coordinator in various civil society organizations. Also, I have 8 years of experience as a trainer and coach for sustainable employment and growth of entrepreneurial skills. Since 2018, I have been part of the Terre des hommes team. Now I cover the role of social-economic empowerment specialist for Access to Justice Program. The team I belong to is a reason and motivation to develop my professional skills, as well as to contribute to the improvement of the economic development component within the organization.
"I am part of Terre des hommes’ team from more than one year, working on Monitoring and Evaluation field. Prior to joining Tdh, I have served as a volunteer for various national and international civic society organizations, focused on supporting people in need, especially children. I graduated in B.A., Psychology from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tirana and M.A. in Counselling Psychology with a Practicum at the International Faculty City College, University of Sheffield, Thessaloniki, Greece. I have attended also different training courses, and summer schools focused on migration and crises."
I joined Terres des hommes in February 2023, after 10 years of professional experience in the humanitarian and development sector, in the areas of design, monitoring and evaluation, capacity development and project management. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in Social Policy. My passion, dedication and perseverance to present social issues and speak up for the needs of the most marginalized have found a proper setting in Tdh, which is a leading organization and key actor in the child protection and community development sector in Albania.
"More than just a profession, journalism has been, for me, a communication tool that can teach, illuminate, and inspire the audience. But it can only do so if humans are determined to use it for those purposes. With this idea and a passion for amplifying the voices of marginalized individuals, I embarked on my journey as a journalist at the age of 13, working for various local and national TV networks. Meanwhile, I gained experience as a communication expert and trainer for youth, working part-time for various NGOs. In April 2022, I had the opportunity to join Terre des hommes as a Communication Officer. To promote the wonderful work done with children and youth is an inspiration that nourishes my creativity on a daily basis."

"I’ve been born in Shkodra, where I grew up and follow my Law studies at the “Luigj Gurakuqi” University. After I finnished my studies, I begun working in some Community Centers as case manager for approximately 4 years. My previous experiences are related to the local administration in Shkodër Municipality, where I covered the position of project officer as well as coordinator of the Multifunctional Community Center for the Family. "I have been working for 12 years now in the field of social protection and education. When I joined the team of Terre des hommes Albania in 2016, my contribution was to address the needs of immigrant families and children, returned from asylum, especially the most vulnerable. Currently, I am engaged with Tdh in offering psychological and social support for the war evacuated Afghan children and families, sheltered in Shengjin. Being a part of Tdh is the responsibility as well as the motivation to improve the quality of life of the children and families who attend the organization's services."
