This project seeks to prevent human trafficking by strengthening the protection, empowerment, and social inclusion of people at risk of trafficking in the municipalities of Bulqizë, Dibër and Klos. Through a comprehensive package of integrated, community-based and mobile services, the intervention addresses both individual vulnerabilities and systemic barriers that limit access to support. By preventing exploitation before it occurs, increasing access to integrated protection services, and enabling socio-economic reintegration, this intervention directly contributes to tackle modern slavery at source, promote resilience, and embed long-term systems change.
