"I worked for several NGOs and public institution in Albania since 2003, until I joined Terre des hommes Albania in July 2016. I have been working as a project coordinator at Migration and Anti-traffic program, and most recently as Program Manager on Child Protection and National Focal Point for Safeguarding Policies. Besides my master’s degree in social work, I have persuaded my knowledge and specialization in child protection system. Working for Terre des hommes have given me the opportunity to feel energized, connected and hopefully in bringing positive and sustainable changes for the children. "I graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology. Additionally, I continued my Professional Master's Studies in Psychological Counseling. For 15 years, I worked as a psychologist with young people addicted to drugs and alcohol, mostly in public social - care institutions. I was also the Head of the Emergency Center for the first returnees from war zones. Since 2021, I have been working as a mental health specialist at the Juvenile Justice Program for Terre des hommes, and I am responsible for interviewing, assessing and giving psychological support for cases returned from Syria, Iraq, and mentoring frontline Child Protection's workers. My motto in life: 'Never give up! Usually, the last key opens the door'."

I have 13 years of experience as a social worker, case manager, and project coordinator in various civil society organizations. Also, I have 8 years of experience as a trainer and coach for sustainable employment and growth of entrepreneurial skills. Since 2018, I have been part of the Terre des hommes team. Now I cover the role of social-economic empowerment specialist for Access to Justice Program. "More than just a profession, journalism has been, for me, a communication tool that can teach, illuminate, and inspire the audience. But it can only do so if humans are determined to use it for those purposes. With this idea and a passion for amplifying the voices of marginalized individuals, I embarked on my journey as a journalist at the age of 13, working for various local and national TV networks. Meanwhile, I gained experience as a communication expert and trainer for youth, working part-time for various NGOs. In April 2022, I had the opportunity to join Terre des hommes as a Communication Officer. "I have been working for 12 years now in the field of social protection and education. When I joined the team of Terre des hommes Albania in 2016, my contribution was to address the needs of immigrant families and children, returned from asylum, especially the most vulnerable.
