Terre des hommes Albania organizes an exchange program for young people focusing on gender equality and community engagement. In the Multifunctional Community Center in Lezhë, 43 young people from the Afghan community sheltered in Albania, along with the youth groups of You Create from Kukës and Shkodra were part of this activity.
Our main goal was to facilitate interaction and cooperation between Albanian and Afghan youth to exchange transformative experiences with each other. Using the TiKrijon methodology, the young leaders from Bicaj i Kukës and those from the "Jordan Misja" school in Shkodër have undertaken a series of initiatives with a positive impact on the community. Along this journey, they have revealed their abilities to identify challenges and find innovative solutions.
