HAP Network Cooperation Agreement engages active labour market actors

In framework of the EU for Labour Market Inclusion (EU4LMI) project, civil society organizations, beneficiaries of the grant mechanism, regional employment offices, businesses, young people were introduced to the HAP Network Cooperation Agreement, on the engagement of active labor market actors and direct beneficiaries, to build together the inclusive network for the employment of young people with disabilities.

The discussions focused on:

1️⃣ The need for a community of practice a network of professionals that promotes cooperation and qualitative inclusion;

2️⃣ Creating a sustainable labor market, beyond short-term initiatives;

3️⃣ The importance of inclusiveness and the promotion of employment programs as concrete tools for social and economic development;

4️⃣ The significant contribution of social enterprises in this process

The project "Empowering Lives Labour Market Inclusion" (EL-LMI) offers support services to remove barriers to job integration, including referrals to social services for participants and their families, addressing other referral needs within the system, and financing access to learning activities in the municipalities of Kukës, Kruja and Kurbin. The project implemented by Terre des hommes is in the framework of European Union for Labour Market Inclusion project, funded by the European Union and implemented by UNDP Albania, Swedish Public Employment Office and ADRF, in partnerships with NAES.
