Youth Specialist

The core objective of this role is to ensure the quality and timely implementation of youth and community prevention and empowerment programs to counter violent extremis, through art based and Movement Games and Sports activities, You Create and advocacy work. Under the general supervision of the Program Manager, the Youth Specialist is expected lead the implementation of youth and community engagement program and to include all the priority outcomes to strengthen community engagement in early identification of radicalization, treatment, and response, as well as community resilience and to work on prevention, engaging youth and those who are most vulnerable to every kind of VE and exposed to violent and abusive behaviours.
