Frontline professionals who work with children have had a fantastic opportunity to participate in a 3-day training in Shengjin on the "Movement, Games, and Sports for the psychosocial development of children" methodology.
During these three days, the participants, under the guidance of the experts and Tdh’s staff, had the opportunity to gain practical knowledge, interact in special sessions sharing their experiences, and explore innovative methods for incorporating this methodology into their daily work. with kids. The three-day training provided a comprehensive understanding of how games and sports serve as powerful vehicles for promoting psychosocial development in children. Participants left equipped with evidence-based strategies and practical tools to harness the potential of play in cultivating essential life skills and fostering well-rounded individuals.
The training was organized in the framework of the project “Refugees, particularly children and women, have access to qualitative prevention and response services against abuse, violence, and neglect” implemented by Terre des hommes in collaboration with Nisma për Ndryshim Shoqëror, ARSIS in partnership with UNICEF Albania and funded by the Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) of the US State Department.
