Small actions make big changes.

Small actions make big changes.

In the schools "Ibrahim Daci" in Shupenza and Sinan Tafaj in Tirana, together with students, teachers and parents we shared the recommendations of young people during the research project on "online sexual violence" to create a safer online environment for children and young people.

The conversation held around the ping-pong table served to share the message that young people can spend beautiful time together and have fun by occasionally disconnecting from the online world and the risks it carries.

In addition, we conducted an exercise that reminded us that small acts — helping a friend, listening to him when he needs them, or including him when he feels excluded — are important steps to build understanding and support among peers.

This project is funded by End Violence Against Children and Technology Coalition and implemented in partnership with Royal Roads University Canada, International Institute for Child Rights and Development and Kenya Alliance for the Advancement of Children.
