We are thrilled that our young people engaged in the project "Youth Voice for Justice and Rights, funded by the Austrian Development Agency and ADC in Albania, took part involved in a series of held in Elbasan and Cërrik last week, conveying their messages against child labour!
Our young people were the focus of various activities held from June 12 to 14, including a youth-led panel discussion, providing a platform for young voices to be heard and to advocate for this issue. Additionally, creative, and sportive activities allowed young participants to express their thoughts and ideas on combating child labor through art and sport. We are very proud of our youth groups who, with energy and dedication, have become champions of this because that seeks to create a safer environment for all children!Let's continue to raise our voices for children's rights together with our young people!
"On this day, we conveyed the message that children should be able to live their lives as children. They need to play, have fun, and learn. Unfortunately, not all of them have this opportunity, as some are forced by adults to work. We all need to work together to do more to change this situation."- said krisildi, a 17-year-old-boy from Cërrik.
